i need to know the physical characteristics that count when i choose a pcb substrate that has to go through a 280degrees in a lead-free soldering process

Nobody else seems to be answering the question, so I’ll take a stab at it - consider usong 370HR for laminate in place of FR4. On the sources area, there are a couple of sources that could probably be of more help… - Chris
