I don’t know of any programs that will create a PCB layout from a given schematic but there are quite a few CAD programs around. These programs can usually produce the files that can be sent to a PCB manufacturer. You will usually need several files and a Gerber plot will usually be requested. Talk to the PCB supplier you wish to use to find out what files will be required.
CAD programs range from very expensive to free. Common saying is you get what you pay for. Quite a good free CAD program with very limited capability is this:

If you want to produce the artwork to a higher level, Autorouters are available. Here is a free one which will interface with Tinycad:

There are also programs available for free from some PCB makers that are tied to the maker. You produce the artwork and it automatically sends the details to the maker.
