I live in PC, FL and a lot of great places on the beach side are Captain Andersons, which is more upscale, and fairly pricey. Schooners is a bar/restaurant which has live music and has the basic cheeseburger menu. Boatyard, is really pricey, and fairly mediocre, and also has a limited menu, but is on the water and has live music. There is also Dirty ***** Crab House, which I don;t really care for, but is fairly popular. The is also the Treasure Ship and Hooks, but I haven’t been there in a really long time. Also there is Pineapple Willy’s, which is on the water, but I havent been there in ages either.
If you want to go across the Hathaway Bridge into town, I there are good places to eat as well. If you like seafood I really recommend Captains Table. The food there is great.
There is also a place called Los Rancheros that has great Mexican food.

Hi. We visit Panama City Beach often. We have a few favorites depending on what we’re looking for. Golden Corral on 23rd St in Panama City is a chain. It’s reasonably priced and because it’s a buffet the wait is usually minimal & everyone in the family can find something they like. Our favorite is Casa De Fogo on Front Beach Road is a Brazilian Churrasco Grill. Basically they have an upscale salad bar with some side items and then the servers bring different meats around to your table. I think we counted 10 different things including garlic beef, bacon wrapped chicken, shrimp…. Sometimes they have pineapple which is delicious. It is fairly expensive, but there is also a more limited early bird menu. If you want to a seafood buffet we like Bishop’s if it’s just the two of us and the Mariner if we bring the whole family (price). http://www.panama-city-beach-vacations.c... has more ideas.
Enjoy!
