I was soldering and i burned it off a test point. There’s a tiny little part left. When i put the LED on that part it works. If i put it on the part where i burned the gold looking stuff off it doesn’t. What is that and where can i get it?

that WAS a circuit trace. You used too much heat.
if it is gold colored, it is gold plated and you can solder to it easily, but if it is gold plated, you may not want to solder to it.
You cane CAREFULLY replace the trace with very fine copper wire, but it takes skill.
