I know the copper should be 1/4OZ,1/3OZ,1/2OZ,1OZ…, But how to measure it.

Measure? Etch off a small area and use a micrometer device.
The OZ is OUNCE, the weight of copper spread over an area 1 ft x 1 ft.
1/4oz is 8.5um
1.2oz is 17um
1oz is 34um
1 1/2 is 51um
