And what should be the width of track to allow 500 ma,further 1 amp.

the reference has a trace width calculator. there are others you can find online.
Width depends on other criteria than current.
But for 500 mA, 1 oz copper thickness, and 10 degree C temp rise, external layer, 0.11 mm is OK. For 1 amp, use 0.3 mm
But at those sizes you will get a substantial voltage drop across the trace. I’d use at least 0.5 and 1.5 mm
