1) select the component on your PCB
2) select component>ungroup PCB component from menu
3) For each pad, double-click on pad. Then in dialog box pick a new pad size. Pad sizes go up to 0.45″ square.
4) Once all pad have been changed, select all the little peices of the component. Then select component>group to make PCB component in menu.
Then double-click on component to give it a name and reference.
If 0.45″ pads are still not big enough for you, click on the pad icon and in the upper-right corner you will see a button called “create new pad”. Here you can define really big ones.

You can;t. If u wish to add the same, then you must integrate a new mother board connecting with a multiple PCB wires

Maybe you can put larger pads over the library ones, giving you two pads for the same hole. It shouldn’t be a big deal to do.
