I really hate it when peope ask here for others to do their work for them, especially when it comes to school projects. I would estimate that 80% of the questions here are indeed that.
What I can do is to help you learn HOW to do things and solve engineering problems, not to do them for you!..
People here are studying to be engineers and technicians, and they can't simply do a web search to answer a question or get more info?
In anycase, what I can suggest is that there are hundreds of small electronic designs out on the web for various small electronic projects. Just do a search on electronic projects, and pick one that interestes you!
Also, go to www.expresspcb.com
Here you can download a free CAD program to design and layout PCB's. I use them for both hobbyist and professional work projects. With them, you can simply design your PCB, send the file to them, and for a small fee, have a pcb delivered to your door in a few days. They also provide a good and simple set of tips on designing PCB's and other engineering resources.
You can order parts for your design, and also get data sheets for any electronic component for free at www.digikey.com
Just search from their website for various kinds of components and download the data sheets to learn more about the part's parameters and capabilities.
Good luck!
